Giant Leaps: The Full Event
Join us for this unique opportunity to collaborate with leading minds in space exploration and discover solutions to the challenges facing our planet today as we celebrate the Apollo Program's achievements. You may sign up for all or some of the events taking place June 10—12, including:
- The Robert C. Seamans Jr. Commemoration, honoring one of the principal architects of the Apollo Program.
- The Giant Leaps Symposium, will bring together Apollo Program luminaries and today’s visionary leaders in energy, environment, air transportation, and space exploration.
- The Boston Pops, "The Planets," abd Buzz Aldrin.
- Behind-the-Scenes Tours of MIT’s labs and museum.
For people who wish to sign up for multiple events, the process requires that each registrant provide an access code at the time of their registration. Invited guests should use the codes printed on their envelopes; MIT students must use "MIT-Student" as their access code; MIT faculty and staff must use "MIT-OS" to gain access to their registrations. Full conference package: $500. Starting June 2, all remaining seats will be available to the MIT community on a first-come, first served basis; MIT faculty and staff: $25; MIT students: $10.

"The Planets" by the Pops tickets only
Starting June 2, we are releasing a limited number of tickets to the Boston Pops performance of Gustav Holst’s “The Planets,” with narration by Buzz Aldrin, to members of the MIT community. If you would like to buy tickets to the performance, please follow this link. Tickets are $25 each; there is a six-ticket limit.
